| Essentially, I am a specialist UK wide trainer and policy consultant in equality laws diversity issues and cultural awareness but thread these topics into all my other courses.Prior to setting up as a freelancer, I was Head of Training and Personnel for the Equal Opportunities Commission(1987 to 2000).Prior to this promotion,I was one of their County Court and Tribunal Caseworkers (1884 to 1987). When I am not working,I am a volunteer advocate which often involves me getting involved as a champion of those pursuing employment,welfare benefit,immigration and discrimination claims.
